LABOR LAW

Our office represents both corporations and employees in labor law issues.

We provide assistance for businesses in employment related matters and employment related litigations as well. We draft and amend employment and management contracts, non-competition agreements, collective agreements, and also provide legal support in contract termination or collective redundancies.

For employees we offer legal consultation, assistance, and legal representation in labor law matters, from the revision of their labor agreement through matters of wrongful termination or work-related injuries to court proceedings.
